1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 0xInsider ("the Service"), operated by 0xInsider ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

0xInsider is a data and analytics platform that provides insights into publicly available trading activity on prediction markets. We aggregate publicly available trading data, compute performance metrics, and apply machine learning models to classify trading strategies.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content on 0xInsider as such. We do not recommend that any asset, security, or prediction market position be bought, sold, or held by you. Do your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any decisions. Trade at your own risk.

4. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data or content from the Service without written permission

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data or analytics displayed on the Service. On-chain data may have delays, and ML models produce probabilistic outputs that should not be treated as facts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, analytics, algorithms, design, and code — are owned by 0xInsider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0xInsider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
