Email support@0xinsider.com for help with the website, subscriptions, API access, MCP setup, account questions, data corrections, or privacy requests. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue, such as the page or endpoint, approximate time, HTTP status, request ID, and a short description of what you expected. Never send an API key, password, payment number, or other secret in an email.
Developer and data questions
Start with the 0xinsider Developer API, the OpenAPI 3.1 schema, or the machine-readable llms.txt guide. If a response looks incomplete, include its freshness, source, reconciliation, or completeness fields in your message. Those fields are part of the product contract, and they tell us whether a gap is provider coverage or an application fault.
Discord and X
Ask general questions on Discord. Product updates post on the 0xinsider X account. Account, billing, and privacy requests go by email, not Discord or X, so they stay private and reach support.
