Fair Use Policy

Overview

0xInsider is built for traders and researchers who want to analyze prediction market activity. This Fair Use Policy defines reasonable usage limits so the platform stays fast and reliable for everyone. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Dataset Exports

• 20 exports per day across all traders, per account. The limit resets on a rolling 24-hour window.
• 5 exports per trader per hour to prevent redundant downloads of the same dataset.
• Exports are for personal use only. Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing exported data without written permission is prohibited.
• Every export is watermarked with an account fingerprint. Redistributed data can be traced back to the originating account.

Automated Access & Bot Activity

0xInsider is designed for human use. Automated access that degrades the experience for other users is not permitted. This includes:

• Scripted or programmatic session management (e.g. automated token refresh on fixed intervals)
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading page content outside of the provided export feature
• High-frequency automated requests that place disproportionate load on the platform

Accounts exhibiting bot-like patterns may be suspended automatically. Paid accounts flagged for unusual activity will be reviewed manually before any action is taken.

Prohibited Behavior

The following are violations of this policy:

• Using automated tools to systematically extract datasets beyond the published limits
• Subscribing with the intent to bulk-export data
• Sharing account credentials to circumvent per-account limits
• Redistributing or reselling any data obtained from the Service

Monitoring & Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not read your data, track your research, or share your activity with third parties. We do monitor aggregate usage patterns — request volume, session timing, and endpoint distribution — to detect automated abuse and protect the platform for all users. This monitoring is limited to what is necessary to enforce this policy.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity, enforcement actions include:

• Account suspension — your access is temporarily restricted. Contact support to appeal.
• Export restrictions — export functionality may be disabled while other features remain accessible.
• Termination — repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account closure.

We reserve the right to update these limits as usage patterns evolve.
